Planned maintenance can reduce costs because equipment is inspected and serviced in accordance with pre-arranged schedules and charges. As well as ensuring that equipment is operating at optimum efficiency, and therefore keeping running costs to a minimum, regular inspection can also detect potential faults before they cause a breakdown - which could necessitate costly repairs

Unexpected problems can still occur - but Acorn Maintenance Services will respond to your problems in accordance with the contract - and client’s know in advance the rates they will be charged for repairs and emergency call outs.
